Shipping Options
CableRail orders may take up to two weeks for us to process and pack. It may take up to an additional 7 days for UPS ground shipping, so be sure to allow 2 to 3 weeks for final delivery. Special expedited processing and shipping options may be available for an additional charge; please ask our sales staff for details.
DesignRail ships in one of three ways:- FedEx Freight Collect (standard for non-Retail)
- FedEx Freight Prepaid and Add
- FedEx Freight Prepaid and Allow (standard for Retail)

Trellis parts are in-stock, but only get powder-coated once ordered. Trellis can be shipped one of three ways:- UPS Ground (if Trellis is no more than a 9' box)
- FedEx Freight Prepaid, and Add
- FedEx Freight Prepaid and Allow.

Returns
25% restocking fee on returned items. No returns on custom orders. Returned products must be in unused condition and received within 30 days from initial ship date.
